PrivacyPolicy
We collect what we need to fly you and nothing we would be embarrassed to explain. Last updated September 6, 2026.
Who we are
ParkAir, LLC (“Park Air”, “we”) is an FAA Part 135 air carrier based at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (KPDK), Atlanta, GA. This policy covers flyparkair.com and the forms on it. Contact: fly@parkaircharter.com or +1 (404) 999-2031.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, join the Anchor Card waitlist, apply as an Epic owner, ask for empty-leg alerts or contact us, we receive what you type: name, email, phone, home airport, trip details, and for owner applications the aircraft type, year, serial and tail number you provide. Quote requests submitted through our booking engine are processed by JetInsight on our behalf.
Information collected automatically. Standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page) and privacy-preserving, cookieless site analytics from our hosting provider (Vercel Web Analytics), which does not track you across sites. If we enable Google Analytics, it sets first-party cookies to distinguish visits; you can block these in your browser and the site works identically.
Payments. We do not collect card numbers on this website. Payment for charter is handled by phone or through our booking and payment processors, who hold that data under their own policies.
How we use it
To quote and operate your flights, to run the Anchor Card program and its waitlist, to send empty-leg alerts you asked for, to respond to owner applications, to keep records the FAA and DOT require of an air carrier, and to understand which pages of the site are useful. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate: our booking engine (JetInsight), email delivery, hosting and analytics providers, and — when your trip is on an aircraft we do not operate — the certificated air carrier flying you, who needs passenger names and contact details to perform the flight. Each receives only what is needed for their role. We disclose information when the law requires it.
Email and text
Empty-leg alerts and Anchor Card updates are sent only if you asked for them, and every message includes a way to stop. Replying “stop” to any text ends texts. Transactional messages about a trip you booked are not marketing and will still be sent.
Retention and security
We keep trip and passenger records for as long as federal aviation regulations require, and other information for as long as we have a business relationship with you or you ask us to. Data is stored with providers who encrypt it in transit and at rest, and access is limited to people who need it to serve you.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you (subject to records we must keep by law), or to stop any communication. Email fly@parkaircharter.com with “Privacy” in the subject and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of states with consumer-privacy laws may exercise the rights those laws provide through the same address.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information online. Children travel with us as passengers under the arrangements made by an adult.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
