Here is exactlyhow it works.
Most people who fly with us the first time have never chartered before. It is simpler than it sounds, and there is nothing to learn. Six steps, one of them a phone call.

Tell us where
Call, text or use the quote form. Where, when, how many people, and anything unusual — a dog, golf clubs, a car seat. Twenty seconds.

A person calls back
Within the hour, with a firm price for the whole trip. Not a range, not a starting point. If the Epic is not the right airplane for it, we say so and price the one that is.

Say yes
A short charter agreement and a card on file. Your crew is assigned and you get their names and mobile numbers.

Fifteen minutes before
Drive to the FBO at DeKalb-Peachtree — twelve minutes from Buckhead — and park by the door, or pull onto the ramp beside the airplane. No security line, no terminal, no gate.

Wheels up
Bags go in with you. The dog sits at your feet. Starlink is on before the wheels are up. We climb to 34,000 feet, above the weather, and you land at the airport closest to where you are actually going.

Home when you say
Return time is yours to set, and to change. Text the crew. Someone answers the phone at nine at night and at five in the morning.
WhΛt to expect
No terminal.
No line. No waiting.
The whole point is the part you skip. From your car door to your seat is about forty steps. From landing to your rental car or driver is about the same at the other end.
How much notice do you need?
An hour is realistic on most days; same-day is normal. For holidays and Masters week, a few days helps.
Can I bring my dog?
In the cabin, at your feet. No crate, no breed restrictions, no paperwork gauntlet.
What about weather?
The Epic cruises above most of it. When a trip genuinely should not go, we tell you early and reschedule — you are never charged for a weather cancellation we call.
Who is flying?
Park Air crews, under our own FAA Part 135 certificate. Two pilots on request; every flight to Part 135 standards.
What does it cost?
See how pricing works. Short version: an hourly rate for the time the airplane flies, plus any positioning, and federal excise tax. Anchor Card members fly from $2,200 an hour.
