Jet management · Part 91 · PDK
Own the airplane. We handle the rest.
Park Air manages Part 91 owner aircraft from DeKalb-Peachtree: pilots, maintenance, inspections, records, hangar, fuel and every owner trip. One agreement, one monthly statement, one person who answers the phone. We make it easy.

A PC-24 share,
forming now.
Six owners, one Pilatus PC-24, about 80 hours a year each, managed by Park Air and chartered on our certificate when the owners are not flying.
Part 91 management · What we handle
Everything but the flying
you want to do yourself.
Light jets, midsize jets and turboprops. Epic owners have their own program: flyparkair.com/epicowners.
Type-rated, recurrent-trained crews on your airplane's schedule. Scheduling, duty and rest, hotels, and a second name you know when the first one is on vacation.
Every inspection tracked and scheduled ahead of the due date, engine and airframe programs administered, squawks cleared, downtime planned around your calendar rather than the other way round.
Tell us where and when. We plan, file, cater, handle and follow the flight. You walk to the airplane at PDK and it is ready.
Logbooks, ADs, service bulletins, weight and balance, registration and insurance renewals, all current and in one place, ready for a buyer or an inspector on an hour's notice.
Hangar at PDK, contract fuel at the prices an operator pays, and a person who answers the phone at two in the morning when something breaks in Aspen.
One monthly statement, every line explained, and a budget you agreed to at the start of the year. No surprises is the whole job.
Optional placement on our FAA Part 135 certificate so the airplane earns when you are not flying it. Your calendar always wins.
Pre-purchase inspection, conformity review, delivery and the paperwork that follows, whether it is your airplane or the next fractional program.
Why an operator, not a desk
We fly under our own certificate. That is the standard your airplane gets.
Park Air holds FAA Part 135 certificate PRKA774T and flies its own Epic E1000 GX every week. The maintenance program, the training footprint and the record-keeping a managed airplane gets from us are the ones an air carrier is held to, whether or not your airplane ever flies a charter.
Start the conversation
Tell us the airplane, where it lives now, and how you fly it. We come back with a management proposal and a budget, not a brochure.
