Epic E1000 GX on the ramp at PDK

WhΛt we sΛy yes to

The trips other operators turn down.

One-way and repositioning

We quote one-ways honestly and publish our empty legs. If your trip lines up with a reposition, you get the reposition price.

Small fields

Sea Island (SSI), Hilton Head (HXD), Highlands-Cashiers (1A5), Ocean Reef (07FA), Jekyll, Lake Oconee (3J7) and any strip with about 2,000 feet. That is where the Epic earns its keep against light jets.

Same-day and short notice

The airplane and crew live at PDK. If it is on the ground and legal, it goes.

Pets, golf, gear

Pets in the cabin, bags with the clubs. Tell us what is coming and we will tell you what fits.

International

Not on the Epic. Bahamas, Caribbean, Mexico and beyond we arrange on a jet through other certificated carriers, as broker.

Is Park Air a Part 135 operator or a broker?
Both, and we say which is which. Flights on the Epic E1000 GX are operated by Park Air, LLC under FAA Part 135 certificate PRKA774T. Any other aircraft we quote is operated by another certificated carrier and arranged by Park Air, LLC as an air charter broker.
Is Park Air on Avinode?
Yes. Search for Park Air, LLC and the Epic E1000 GX based at KPDK. Requests through Avinode, by phone or by email all reach the same person.
What does the Epic E1000 GX carry?
Five passengers: four club seats in the cabin plus one seat forward. Aft baggage takes golf bags and normal luggage for a weekend.
How fast is it, really?
333 knots maximum cruise at 34,000 feet, manufacturer figure. Plan on Atlanta to Sea Island in about 50 minutes, Nashville in about an hour, Miami in about two, Washington in about two, all block.
What runway does it need?
About 2,000 feet paved is the practical planning number; the published field lengths are 2,254 ft takeoff and 2,399 ft landing at maximum weight, sea level, standard day. It lands where light jets cannot.
