Fractional · Now forming at PDK

A PC-24 share,based in Atlanta.

Six owners, one Pilatus PC-24, about 80 hours a year each, run by the company that flies its own airplane on its own certificate. It lives at DeKalb-Peachtree, twelve minutes from Buckhead, and it earns its keep on charter when you are not in it.

Short runways, real cabin

The PC-24 is approved for unpaved strips, which is rare in a jet, and it lands in close to the distance a light turboprop needs. The island strip, the ranch, the mountain field: same airplane, with a lavatory and a cabin you can move around in.

The door

A cargo door most jets in its class simply do not have. Golf bags, bikes, dive gear and a dog crate go in without being turned sideways. For a share that gets flown for weekends, that matters more than a knot of speed.

Coast to coast, nonstop most days

Atlanta to Aspen, to the Northeast, to the Caribbean on a jet with about 2,000 nautical miles of range. Owner flights under Part 91; charter flights under PRKA774T.

One operator, one phone number

The same company that flies its own airplane on its own certificate runs yours. Crew who know the owners, a scheduler who knows the holidays, and a monthly statement you can read.

How it works

Six owners. One airplane.
One phone number.

01

One-sixth of a real airplane

Six owners, one aircraft, a documented co-ownership agreement. Not a card, not a membership: you own a share of the airplane and the tax position that comes with it.

02

Based at PDK

The airplane lives at DeKalb-Peachtree, twelve minutes from Buckhead. No positioning games and no repositioning fees to fly it home.

03

We run it

Park Air handles crew, maintenance, scheduling, records and reporting for all six owners under one management agreement, so nobody's weekend depends on a group text.

04

Charter offsets the fixed cost

When the owners are not flying, the airplane can fly for hire on our Part 135 certificate and the revenue comes back to the program. Subject to conformity; owner use always comes first.

Questions owners ask

The answers,
in plain English.

PARK AIR runs the program from PDK under FAA Part 135 certificate PRKA774T. Compare it with a national fractional, a card and charter on the buyer's guide.

How does the fractional program work?

Six owners each hold a one-sixth share of one PC-24 under a co-ownership agreement, with Park Air as the manager. Each share carries about 80 owner flight hours a year, scheduled through Park Air. When the owners are not flying, the airplane can fly charter on Park Air's Part 135 certificate, subject to conformity, and that revenue comes back to the program.

Who is this for?

Someone in Atlanta who flies 50 to 100 hours a year, wants a real airplane at a real home base rather than a seat on whichever jet is nearest, and would rather share one well-run aircraft with five people than carry a whole one. Under about 50 hours, the Anchor Card or on-demand charter usually makes more sense.

Why a PC-24 and not a light jet?

Runway and the door. The PC-24 lands where turboprops land and carries what a midsize jet carries, with a lavatory and a stand-up-ish cabin. It is the airplane for a group whose trips are the beach, the mountains and the ranch as often as the city.

Where is the airplane based?

DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK) in Atlanta, our home base. Owners drive to the ramp, walk to the airplane, and leave.

What does a share cost?

Share price and the annual budget depend on the aircraft acquired and each owner's situation. We walk through the proforma, the tax position and the co-ownership agreement in person. Ask for the one-pager.

How is scheduling handled when two owners want the same week?

By the agreement, through Park Air's scheduler, with peak periods split so more than one owner can get a trip. Owners are expected to be flexible with each other; that is what makes six owners on one airplane work.

Is this an investment offering?

No. It is co-ownership of an aircraft among a small group of owners, managed by ParkAir, LLC. It is not an offer to sell securities. Tax treatment varies; confirm with your CPA.
