Λccessibility
Everyoneflies.
The website and the airplane should both be usable by everyone. Here is where we stand and how to tell us when we fall short.
This website
ParkAir, LLC builds this site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means every page works with a keyboard alone, all images and decorative brand lettering carry text alternatives for screen readers, text and controls meet contrast minimums, headings and landmarks are structured for assistive technology, motion respects your system’s reduce-motion setting, and every form field is labelled. We test each release with automated tooling and manual keyboard and screen-reader passes on desktop and phone.
Some content comes from third parties — the quote engine provided by JetInsight, embedded video — and we work with those providers on their conformance. If any of it is not usable for you, call us and we will take your request by phone in the same hour.
Travelling with us
The Epic E1000 GX is a small cabin-class aircraft boarded by airstair. Tell us when you book about mobility, sensory, medical or service-animal needs and we will plan the trip around them — boarding assistance at the FBO, seating, oxygen, medical equipment and where the airplane is not the right fit, an aircraft that is. Air carriers operating under 14 CFR Part 135 are subject to the Air Carrier Access Act; we take that obligation seriously and our crews are trained on it.

If you have difficulty using any part of this site or need information in another format, contact fly@parkaircharter.com with “Accessibility” in the subject, or call +1 (404) 999-2031, any hour. We respond promptly and fix genuine barriers rather than explain them.
