A person answers with one firm all-in number for the trip, including positioning. If the Epic is not the right airplane we say so and quote the one that is.
For assistants, chiefs of staff and family offices
Six things to send, one firm number back, a person on the phone the whole way. This page is written for the people who actually make the trip happen, so you can forward it to whoever needs it.

What to send
Send what you have. We ask once for anything missing and keep a profile so you never send it twice.
01
City pairs are enough. We pick the closest airports on both ends and tell you why; if your principal prefers a specific field, say so.
02
Wheels-up, or the meeting time on the other end. Say which one is fixed. Same-day and next-morning are routine when the airplane is available.
03
Names as they appear on ID, and weights if you have them (ask once, we keep the profile). Up to five on the Epic; more than five means a jet we arrange.
04
Soft-sided bags travel best on the Epic. Dogs ride in the cabin. Golf clubs, skis and rifles are routine; tell us so the airplane is loaded right.
05
Drinks and snacks are on board. Anything beyond that, and a car at either end, we arrange on request and put on the same invoice.
06
The billing contact, and whether this trip is wire or card. We send a card authorization form for card payments; a card fee applies and is shown on the form.

When you confirm
Trip sheet by email: airports, FBO addresses, aircraft, crew, wheels-up, and the number to text on the day. Your principal's driver pulls up to the airplane.
The day of
Text the crew with any change in arrival time. Catering and cars confirmed before the day. Wheels up when your principal is seated.
After
One invoice per trip, with the receipt. Repeat routes are quoted from the profile, so the second request takes thirty seconds.
The questions assistants ask
PARK AIR flies the Epic E1000 GX under its own FAA Part 135 certificate from DeKalb-Peachtree, twelve minutes from Buckhead, and arranges every other class of jet. Same person, either way.
As little as an hour based on availability. Same-day and next-morning departures are routine. Anchor Card members book on two to seventy-two hours' notice depending on their block.
It seats five, not eight, and it has no lavatory on board. We say that up front. For legs over about two hours, or for anyone who wants a cabin to stand up in, we arrange a jet and stay your point of contact.
Yes, on request. The Epic is certified for single-pilot operation; a second crewmember can be added and will take the right-hand seat, which leaves four cabin seats.
Call or text and we re-time or re-route. Cancellation terms are printed on every quote so you can show them to whoever asks; changes before the airplane moves are usually just a conversation.
Yes. We send a fillable card authorization form for the trip; a card processing fee applies and is shown on the form. Wire is the other option.
No. Anyone can book one trip at a time. The Anchor Card exists for principals who fly often and want a fixed rate and first call on the airplane.
