Charter Services
ParkAir Charter, LLC is an air charter broker. ParkAir does not own or operate aircraft. All flights arranged by ParkAir are operated by third-party air carriers that hold the appropriate FAA certification and maintain operational control of each flight, subject to applicable Federal Aviation Administration regulations. All flights are subject to weather, mechanical, and regulatory conditions. ParkAir reserves the right to arrange a substitute aircraft of equivalent or superior capability when operationally required.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment terms and cancellation policies are detailed in your individual charter agreement. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of scheduled departure unless ParkAir cancels the flight. All rates are quoted in USD.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of DeKalb County, Georgia.
